The productive capacity of Torrent Group, both internationally and domestically, is underpinned by the foundations of its six manufacturing plants, which total 50,000 m², with 26,000 m² of that space being constructed. The availability of land allows us to sustainably continue our growth.

Torrent Group’s Manufacturing Plant in Africa

 In 2017, Torrent Group solidified its presence in the global market for closure solutions with the launch of a new production plant in Nairobi, Kenya. The 8,850m² facility allows our group to get closer to the customers of the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA) and thereby improve production by reducing manufacturing costs and shipping expenses. 

With over 1.3 billion closures manufactured annually and distributed in about 70 countries, our production plants are the first in the world to manufacture caps for bottles of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and the second for spirits and wines, not to forget wine closures.

Torrent Group’s Manufacturing Plant in India

Since 2012, when we started our journey in India in partnership with the local company RJ Corp, the sustainable growth of Alisha Torrent Closures has been steady. Five years after our Indian factory began operations, a new production plant was constructed, boasting an 8,800 m² factory on a 13,000 m² site. This gives us the option for future expansions. 

The Indian factory, located in Jaipur, is equipped with the latest technology in the plastic caps manufacturing sector for spirits, providing a distinctive factor that results in high levels of competitiveness.

Four Manufacturing plants in Spain

Our four manufacturing plants in Spain are at the forefront of manufacturing closures made of aluminum, plastic, and cork. Located in Jerez de la Frontera and El Puerto de Santa María, in the province of Cádiz, the central factories produce bottle tops for the sectors of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, spirits, and wines.
